Kennedy, che ne richiese otto flaconi per i suoi amici — "e uno in più per Bob", se la produzione lo permetteva. Questa edizione è presentata nel celebre astuccio a forma di libro, lo stesso escamotage usato durante la guerra per nascondere le boccette agli occupanti.
